The 2009 Ballentine Chenin Blanc is a dry, medium-bodied wine with a crisp, tart acidity and tangy, citrus flavors with some mineral notes. The alcohol of the Ballentine Chenin Blanc is quite strong so keep that in mind - you're better off keeping it very chilled when drinking. If you let this 2009 Ballentine warm up too much, the alcohol will become too harsh and the wine will be unpleasant to drink.

The Korbel Extra Dry is an off-dry sparkling wine made from a blend of Chenin Blanc and Colombard grape varieties.  The aromas are primarily sweet fruit though a low intensity. The flavors of the Korbel Extra Dry are also sweet and fruity.
