The Brassfield Serenity 2006 is golden yellow, though a bit watery with clear edges. The Brassfield Serenity is an off-dry, medium-bodied wine with lively, marked acidity. The flavors are mostly fruit and apple. It has much of the sweetness and character of a good Riesling, though it doesn't actually taste like one. Overall the Brassfield Serenity 2006 is a very good, refreshing summer wine.
There are slight floral flavors in San Giuseppe's Pink Pinot Grigio that leave a nice tingling in the mouth. This light-bodied rosé is dry with a marked, lively acidity that is refreshing to drink in most circumstances. It's unquestionably drier than San Giuseppe's regular Pinot Grigio.
San Giuseppe's Pinot Grigio is an easy drinking, refreshing white wine that pairs reasonably well with a wide variety of foods. Some pairings are a bit better than others, but you can probably choose almost anything to eat with this Pinot Grigio and enjoy it.
