Pineapples and melons are the primary fruit flavors of this Muscat wine, but what dominates the palate is sweetness. It's much sweeter than other comparable Muscat wines, like the Alice White 2007 Lexia, and has in fact been described as 'liquid candy.' There's really no complexity to this Muscat at all. If you or someone you know likes very sweet wines, you'll do well with the Sutter Home Moscato.
