As with the aromas, the flavors of Bully Hill's Love My Goat are mostly cherry with a bit of plum. This medium-bodied red wine is quite sweet though there is also a lively acidity and soft tannins. It's not at all complex and it feels almost as thick as it looks despite the relatively low alcohol content. Overall the elements of this wine don't hang together or mesh as well as I've found in other inexpensive red wines. Bully Hill's Love My Goat will probably be an acceptable red table wine or cookout wine for most people, but it's strong sweetness combined with its lack of complexity doesn't put it at the top of my list of choices.
The Red Truck California Red is a fairly dry, full-bodied red wine that has both marked acidity and medium tannins. The flavors up front are dominated by the same berries that appear in the nose then finishes dry with a bit of pepper. There is also a bit of smoke in there plus something akin to Worcestershire sauce. This Red Truck California Red works unusually well cold for such a dry wine which will probably make it appealing during warm weather and outdoor cooking.
With the right glass, the Riunite Lambrusco produces a strong, almost overwhelming aroma of berries - probably strawberries, but perhaps a more generic mixture of blackberries and raspberries. Riunite Lambrusco has a fairly simple taste, much sweeter than most red wines with weak tannins and flavors of cherry, berry, and perhaps a little plum. Red wines are typically served warmer, but Riunite Lambrusco is best served very cold.
