The aromas of the Cline Rosé are dominated by tart strawberry and a hint of cream. The flavors of this Mourvèdre Rosé are primarily light fruit. It's medium-sweet with soft tannins, marked acidity, and an acceptable length.
The aromas of the Lindemans Bin 65 Chardonnay are slightly tropical in nature with a bit of melon. The overall intensity is moderate, but not clearly identifiable. It's difficult to detect any oak in the bouquet. This medium-bodied Chardonnay dry with flavors of creamy or buttery tropical fruit - primarily pineapple and perhaps again a bit of melon. There may also be some citrus around the edges, but that's difficult to say for sure.
This medium-bodied wine is dry with a nice, crisp acidity. I thought that there was also a bit of an alcohol burn at the standard drinking temperature, so I would recommend trying it chilled a bit cooler than other Chardonnays. The finish was a bit flat, which was disappointing in an otherwise decent Chardonnay. The flavors themselves were generally fruity and citrus, though no more specifically identifiable.
