Color & Clarity

The aromas of the Mionetto Prosecco Brut are very low in intensity. There are slight hints of fruity, possibly apple.
The Mionetto Prosecco Brut has lively acidity and low flavor intensity. There are slight fruit flavors in the background, but nothing clearly identifiable.
This medium-bodied rose is dry with a nicely crisp acidity. The flavors are primarily red fruit and cherry again, though some find they can detect strawberries and watermelon as well. The finish of the A to Z Rose is very smooth and not at all astringent. Especially with its screw cap, the A to Z Rose should make a very good wine for outdoor dining, whether picnics or backyard barbecues.
