Basic Southern Belle Recipe
You need:
- 1oz Amaretto
- 1oz Apricot Brandy
- 8oz Champagne or Sparkling Wine
- Sugar and Lemon Juice
- Apricot Slice
Mix:
- Dip the rim of the champagne flute in lemon juice then in sugar to give it a frosted edge, if desired.
- Mix Amaretto and Apricot Brandy together in a champagne flute.
- Add Champagne or Sparkling Wine and stir gently, being sure to preserve the carbonation.
- Garnish with a slice of apricot, if desired.
