Wine & Food Pairing

The 2006 Seven Heavenly Chards Chardonnay is a medium-to-full bodied dry wine with smooth acidity. Like the aromas, the flavors of this chardonnay are most like spiced apple pie, some butter, and perhaps some citrus notes. The alcohol can be fairly pronounced so this is a chardonnay that should be drunk well chilled.

7 Heavenly Chards

The 7 Heavenly Chards is quite fruity as a Chardonnay and it pairs really, really well with aged cheeses. If you're considering any sort of wine and cheese party you should inlude this Chardonnay without hesitation.
