This light-bodied rosé starts rather flat, but quickly becomes crisp with ripe fruit and a clean - and somewhat extended, acidic - finish. It would be best to keep this wine cold while drinking it because the alcohol becomes much more prominent as the wine warms up.
Color & Clarity
This 2008 Wrangler Rosé is a light garnet red with slightly clear edges. Depending on the light it can appear almost coppery and the color is pretty deep for a Rosé.
Nose
The moderate aromas of this Rosé are fruity — primarily red berry, cherry, and perhaps a bit of strawberry.

- Chicken with Artichoke & Garlic: This rosé becomes tarter and more aromatic when paired with chicken. This is a decent combination, but it's rather odd when eating at the same time with the next food...
- Rosemary Home Fries: The 2008 Wrangler Rosé becomes sweeter and more aromatic when paired with rosemary fries, which is a pretty good combination.
